Description
The Manufacturing Operator will support lithium-ion battery cell production by operating complex manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, identifying and escalating technical or process issues, maintaining production records, and contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement efforts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, including extended standing, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Afternoon and evening shifts are available, with flexible scheduling that may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating shifts.
