Description
The Compression & Encapsulation Operator operates and sets up tablet compression machines and automatic capsule filling machines in a standard manufacturing environment, following SOPs and cGMP requirements. The role includes machine adjustments, cleaning, documentation, quality inspection, sampling, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, safety compliance, and cross-training. It is a non-exempt position reporting to a Production Supervisor, with three experience-based levels and pay ranges of $19.00–$23.00, $22.00–$32.00, and $24.00–$33.00. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:15 PM, and the work location is 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey.
