Description
The Compression & Encapsulation Operator operates, sets up, cleans, and performs light mechanical adjustments on tablet compression machines and automatic capsule filling machines in a standard manufacturing environment. The role follows SOPs and cGMP regulations, monitors product quality, maintains documentation, troubleshoots tableting and encapsulation issues, and supports production-line performance. It is a non-exempt Level 1–3 position in North Brunswick, New Jersey, with 2nd-shift hours from 4:00 PM to 2:15 AM and pay ranging from $19.00 to $33.00 depending on level and experience.
