The Operator Coordinator will coordinate production in a two-shift system, monitor machines and production lines, perform technical inspections and quality checks, resolve malfunctions, and support the operator team. The role requires prior production-operator experience, technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and flexibility to work two shifts. It offers an hourly wage of €16 plus a shift premium, daily meal vouchers, a temporary employment period, and a permanent contract after a positive trial.
