Description
The Crane Operator supports wind blade manufacturing by operating overhead cranes and related lifting equipment to move blades, molds, spar caps, shear webs, root pre-fabs, and other production components. The role coordinates with production leaders, supports material flow and staging, conducts equipment inspections, follows safety and quality procedures, and trains backup operators. Crane certification is preferred, along with prior experience operating overhead, gantry, heavy, or material-handling equipment in a manufacturing environment; bilingual English/Spanish ability is encouraged.
