Description
The Dispensing Operator performs pharmaceutical or supplement dispensing, batch-card and pick-ticket processing, material receipt, put-away, order auditing, shipment preparation, pallet building, inventory transfers, and cycle counting. The role may use powered industrial trucks, Syspro or RF systems, and requires work in temperature-controlled areas with PPE. Three experience-based levels are described, with Level 1 requiring 0–1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience, Level 2 requiring 2+ years of pharmaceutical production experience, and Level 3 requiring 4+ years of GMP-regulated dispensing experience.
