Description
The Dispensing Operator performs pharmaceutical or supplement dispensing, batch-card and pick-ticket processing, material receipt, put-away, order auditing, shipment preparation, pallet building, inventory transfers, and cycle counting. The role may require powered industrial trucks, Syspro or RF systems, and work in temperature-controlled manufacturing areas. It is structured into three levels: Level 1 is a training role for individuals with limited or no prior dispensing experience; Level 2 requires hands-on pharmaceutical or supplement dispensing experience; and Level 3 is a highly experienced role that may lead or train operators.
