Grolsch is hiring an Operator in Enschede to set up and monitor high-tech beer-production lines, resolve mechanical and technical malfunctions, perform packaging quality checks, maintain a safe workstation, and contribute to process improvements. The role is on a zero-hours contract with a three-shift schedule, pays up to €3,500 gross per month, and offers a €500 training-cost subsidy for the Operator A theory course. Applicants need at least one year of operator experience or three years in a production environment, an MBO qualification in a technical field, Dutch language skills, and availability for the three-shift schedule.
