Description
The Extrusion Operator is an entry-level role in the ERP extrusion area responsible for safely completing production, reporting output, setting up equipment, verifying product quality, measuring parts, and following work instructions. The position requires safety awareness, recordkeeping, hand-eye coordination, English literacy, basic math, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, teamwork, and willingness to cross-train. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour, with training and 90-day increases and shift differentials for the second and third shifts.
