Description
The Operator will work a three-shift schedule in a modern packaging-production environment, inspecting and adjusting machines, monitoring production, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining a safe workplace. The role requires MBO-level working ability, at least one year of production experience, communication skills, teamwork, and a focus on safety and quality. It is based in Hoogeveen and offers a gross starting salary of €3,680 per month, including shift allowance, plus a year-end bonus and travel allowance.
