Pregis is hiring a full-time Operator I (Assistant Operator) in Reno, Nevada. The role operates and sets up full converting-line and finishing equipment, including press controls, splicers, gluers, applicators, rotary cutters, and register systems; maintains print quality, job counts, safety, and production standards; and may train other employees. The position follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM shifts, includes overtime as needed, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of progressively responsible related experience.
