Pregis is hiring a full-time Operator I (Assistant Operator) in Bethel, Pennsylvania, reporting to a Shift Supervisor. The role operates and sets up full converting-line and finishing equipment, including press controls, splicers, gluers, applicators, rotary cutters, and register systems; maintains print quality, job counts, safety, and production standards; and trains other employees when needed. The position works the third shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with overtime expected, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5–7 years of progressively responsible related experience.
