The Operator I will work in a clean-room environment in Plano, Texas, for 12 months at $18.00–$18.25 per hour during the 5:30 AM–4:00 PM shift. The role involves hands-on work with small parts, using a microscope, inspecting and correcting imperfections, and maintaining quality assurance throughout production. A high school diploma or GED is required, while clean-room experience is a plus; makeup, jewelry, piercings, and open-toe shoes are prohibited in the clean room.
