Description
RES is hiring an Operator I to support construction and ecological restoration projects across an assigned region. The role operates skid steers, dozers, or off-road trucks and assists with grading, planting, erosion control, streambank stabilization, wetland construction, and stormwater infrastructure. The position requires outdoor field work, frequent travel to project sites, and potential multi-day assignments, with per diem and hotel accommodation provided. Candidates should have construction or landscape equipment experience, a safety-first mindset, and familiarity with equipment maintenance, grading, site drainage, and project plans; ecological restoration experience and GPS familiarity are advantageous.
