TalentBurst is hiring an Operator I for a 12-month contract in Temecula, California. The role pays $19.25 per hour on the first shift and $21.18 per hour on the second shift, with first-shift options from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and second-shift options from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Applicants must have at least six months of manufacturing experience, pass an eye exam and color vision test, have English proficiency, and be comfortable using microscopes and hand tools.
