Pregis is hiring an Operator I, also described as a Converting Machine Operator, for its Arlington manufacturing team. The role operates and supports converting, finishing, label-applicator, adhesive, die-cutting, and flexographic printing equipment; sets up and adjusts machines; monitors quality, productivity, and production data; troubleshoots issues; and maintains safety and housekeeping standards. The position offers day and night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, pays $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience, and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
