TalentBurst is hiring an Operator in St. Paul, Minnesota, for a 12+ month assignment working from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The role performs routine and repetitive assembly operations, maintains accurate cell documentation, troubleshoots issues, communicates with manufacturing management, supports quality and continuous-improvement initiatives, performs preventative maintenance, and uses a microscope 50%–90% of the workday. The position pays $19.24 per hour on W2 and requires the ability to follow written and verbal procedures, use electronic data systems, prioritize work, handle small components, make critical decisions with minimal supervision, and work in a cleanroom environment.
