Description
Abbott is hiring a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician for its Minnetonka electrophysiology manufacturing location. The role performs assembly, welding, x-ray, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, leads, electronic systems, and related medical device assemblies. The position works Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with potential overtime and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of production, operations, or manufacturing experience, and the ability to follow procedures, use electronic data systems, prioritize work, handle small components, and make critical decisions with minimal supervision. The base pay is $15.55 to $31.15 per hour.
