Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Operator in Final Assembly to perform routine assemblies, inspections, packing, shipping, and sub-assemblies using basic tools and techniques. The role includes visual and physical in-process testing, rotating among workstations, following blueprints and process sheets, diagnosing faulty operations, maintaining inventory counts, and packaging assemblies for shipment. Candidates need good mechanical dexterity, basic math and reading/writing skills, accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to lift 40 pounds; a high school diploma or equivalency is required, while one year of assembly or related experience is preferred. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one for eligible roles.
