Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Operator III for its Mailer Production department. The role leads production crews and operates, sets up, troubleshoots, and optimizes converting and finishing equipment, including flexographic printing, die-cutting, gluing, labeling, and fan-fold systems. The Operator III maintains quality, productivity, safety, and continuous-improvement standards, mentors team members, and works a rotating 2-2-3 day or night shift with overtime as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience and prior lead-operator experience are preferred.
