Description
The AZEK Company/Timbertech Wilmington division is hiring Extrusion Operators for the Rail department on a 6:45 AM to 7 PM, 2/2/3 schedule at $20 per hour, with a $3,000 bonus split into $1,500 at three months and $1,500 at six months. The role involves operating, setting up, maintaining, and shutting down extrusion and down-line equipment; monitoring production; performing quality and color checks; completing production reports; identifying defects; assisting with packaging; maintaining housekeeping; and supporting training of Production Assistants. A high school diploma or GED is required, while similar-role experience is preferred.
