Description
The Blend Department Lead oversees daily blending operations in a copper powder manufacturing process, coordinating operators, monitoring equipment and workflow, enforcing safety and quality procedures, managing batch documentation and material traceability, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also trains and mentors blending operators, provides performance feedback, and coordinates with quality, maintenance, warehouse, and production planning teams. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience are required, while manufacturing technology, powder metallurgy, and supervisory experience are preferred.
