Xolution Germany GmbH is hiring a temporary Operator/ Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a production line for reclosable beverage can lids in Bremen. The role includes preparing the production system, controlling material flow, performing visual quality inspections, documenting production data, and working in a structured three-shift system. Applicants should have trade or technical training, manufacturing or plant-control experience, technical-drawing knowledge, PC and inspection-software skills, and good German language skills. The position is intended to be based in Bremen initially, with the company expecting to move production to Dachau near Munich in mid-2027.
