Description
Mars Wrigley is hiring an Operator for its factory in Slough on 12-hour shifts in a 4-on-4-off pattern. The role owns assigned machines and processes, performs operational tasks, changeovers, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment checks, and service inspections, and uses basic IT, automation, digital dashboards, and HMIs. The position requires fluent English, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills; production, manufacturing, or warehousing experience is desirable, as is mechanical fault-finding training or experience. Compensation is £35,000–£38,700 including shift allowance, with a performance bonus and benefits.
