Description
The Process Expert performs operations and maintenance tasks to support safe and reliable plant operations. The role monitors equipment and process conditions through DCS, field instrumentation, and direct observation; adjusts operating parameters; investigates alarms and deviations; supports startups, shutdowns, emergency response, and root-cause analysis; and contributes to continuous improvement and shift handovers. The position pays $34.85 starting and $51.71 at the top of the tiered pay system, requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of industrial or manufacturing experience, and involves a 12-hour rotating shift, overtime, PPE, and physical work inside and outside the plant.
