Description
Lesaffre is hiring a Blending Operator for its baking and breadmaking division to mix, package, and ship food products. The role involves staging raw and packaging materials, following recipes and procedures, completing production checks, documenting and inspecting materials, loading trucks, operating a forklift and floor scrubber, maintaining clean production and warehouse areas, and reporting data. It follows a rotating night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and requires computer proficiency, basic math and science knowledge, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
