Talentus is seeking an Operator for a permanent night shift at a food-industry company in Herent. The role involves converting, operating, and monitoring filling lines; checking production processes; resolving malfunctions and quality issues; performing preventive maintenance; and completing technical reports. The position requires a technical A2 diploma or equivalent experience, strong communication and responsibility, computer literacy, electric pallet-truck operation, food-process knowledge, personal transportation, and willingness to work night shifts.
