Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is hiring five full-time, permanent Operator, Packaging employees to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment in a food-manufacturing environment. The role reports to the Packaging Supervisor, follows food-safety and quality procedures, monitors operational efficiency, transports materials and equipment, and reports equipment problems. It is a floating three-shift position totaling 36 hours per week, with a starting rate of $27.25 per hour and a target rate of $30.25 per hour after two salary increases in the first year. Candidates should have a secondary school diploma or equivalent, food-manufacturing or packaging experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, documentation skills, and strong teamwork and initiative.
