Description
The Operator will work in a highly automated dairy and dessert production environment, directing production lines, operating and converting filling and packaging machines, resolving minor malfunctions, maintaining hygiene, performing quality checks, and supporting new operators. The role also includes preparing cream in the cream preparation department and requires operator experience, willingness to work a permanent night shift, technical insight or an affinity for automation, HACCP knowledge or willingness to learn, and a strong team orientation. The position offers a starting gross wage of €17.65, increasing to €18.39 after six months and €18.68 with a permanent contract, along with meal vouchers, childcare support, and career advancement opportunities.
