Description
Randstad Techniek is recruiting a production operator to monitor, adjust, and improve production processes; set up, operate, and convert machines and installations; identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions; perform quality measurements and visual inspections; and record production data. The role requires an MBO Operator A or B diploma or at least one year of demonstrable operator experience, production-line experience, process-data interpretation skills, and Dutch proficiency. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€4,500, direct contracts, shift work, holiday pay, vacation days, and shift allowances.
