Origin Wine Stellenbosch is hiring an experienced Operator for its production facility on Bottelary Road. The role involves monitoring and improving bottling and packaging processes across three shifts, checking raw materials and production documentation, resolving machine and process problems, assisting with operator training, and identifying potential equipment issues. The position requires Grade 12 or higher, production-process knowledge, familiarity with ISOPH01 and ISOPH02 programs, HACCP knowledge, attention to detail, and competency with a range of filling, labeling, packaging, and printing machines.
