Description
The Cutting and Kitting Operator works Sunday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role maintains cut orders, inspects and processes raw materials, picks, cuts, kits, and serializes materials, removes rejected billets, performs quality checks, operates a forklift, reads work orders and blueprints, maintains equipment and work areas, and supports safety and continuous improvement. The position requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, one year of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic mathematical ability. Pay is $22.25 per hour plus a Foundry Premium of $3.00 per hour, with company-paid health and dental benefits, paid vacation, a 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
