Description
The Seat Assembly Operator assembles automotive seating components, subassemblies, and complete seat systems in a manufacturing environment. The role involves installing seat covers, foam, headrests, armrests, trim, electrical harnesses, and mechanical assemblies; operating hand, pneumatic, electric, and assembly tools; following production schedules and quality procedures; inspecting products; reporting defects; supporting continuous improvement; and rotating through multiple workstations. The position requires a high school education, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and willingness to travel to customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
