Description
The Spray Dry Operator will work onsite at DSM-Firmenich in New Ulm, Minnesota, supporting the production and packaging of flavor and scent ingredients. Responsibilities include equipment disassembly and cleaning, chemical titration, product packaging, quality control, HACCP checks, sampling, and pallet handling. The role requires prior packing-compounding experience, knowledge of GMP and HACCP, forklift experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a facility with limited temperature control. The stated hourly pay range is $28.91–$29.00, with additional benefits including incentive pay, retirement savings, health care coverage, and paid time off.
