Description
The role is responsible for remotely monitoring and controlling a global fleet of fuel-cell plants from a Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India. The position works in 8-hour day or night shifts, supports field service engineers and product quality testing teams during commissioning and troubleshooting, escalates failures according to established procedures, and performs other assigned duties. It requires a polytechnic diploma in chemical, mechanical, energy systems, or electrical engineering, 0–2 years of related experience, basic fuel and high-temperature safety knowledge, mechanical systems knowledge, Windows and Microsoft Office experience, and strong communication skills; DCS/SCADA knowledge is preferred. The role reports to the Technology Support Manager in India and is based in Mumbai (Vikhroli).
