Baxter is hiring an Operator V - PPB Packing to support plastic pour bottle production at its Cleveland plant. The role involves operating and setting up packing equipment, maintaining conveyor flow, performing quality checks and line clearances, documenting production data, reporting abnormalities, and supporting continuous improvement and 6S activities. The position requires a high school diploma, mechanical proficiency, computer and specification-reading ability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; forklift training is preferred. Compensation is $19.38 plus shift differential for off shifts, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
