Description
The Industrial Wastewater Operator will train on weekdays and transfer to a weekend 9 x 80 schedule. The role operates controls and processes for collecting, storing, treating, transporting, and disposing of industrial wastewater and regulated and special wastes; responds to hazardous-material incidents; performs sampling and wastewater analysis; operates vacuum pumper trucks and trailers; conducts minor maintenance and emergency repairs; maintains records; and follows applicable regulations and standard operating procedures. The position requires an industrial wastewater or wastewater license and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with a Hazardous Materials Endorsement, and offers a salary of $32.24 to $46.01 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
