Description
Stegeman is hiring an Operator in Wijhe to set up, operate, and monitor production machines for cold cuts and snacks, weigh raw materials according to recipes, check quality, resolve minor production-line malfunctions, and maintain a clean and safe workplace. The role requires MBO level 3 technical ability, excellent Dutch, willingness to work a two- or three-shift schedule, and an affinity with the food industry. Compensation is up to €2,600 gross per month plus a shift allowance, with opportunities for internal development.
