Description
The Chemical Process Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating area equipment such as heat exchangers, absorbers, reactors, and pumps; charging raw materials, transferring products, controlling production within operating limits, troubleshooting equipment and process upsets, recording operational data, operating a forklift, and training new operators. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, availability for any shift including weekends, overtime, and holidays, physical ability to lift and handle materials, and the ability to wear respiratory protection.
