Description
The role assesses plant performance across management, processes, equipment, maintenance, housekeeping, quality, and EHS; coordinates action plans and Kaizen/Lean and 5S workshops; trains teams in lean techniques; monitors implementation and sustainability; shares best practices; reports progress and resource needs to the plant manager; and coordinates IMS implementation. It requires a Chemical, Ceramic, Production, or Industrial Engineering degree, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Lean certification, and 5–8 years of industrial-site experience, with field production, technical, team-leadership, and analytical capabilities.
