Flexport is hiring an Ops Associate to execute booking and documentation, troubleshoot shipments, escalate exceptions, support export processes, coach junior specialists, and plan special freight operations. The role works with account management, planning, carriers, terminals, and trucking providers to solve client logistics challenges, improve service and efficiency, and help build scalable operational procedures. It requires a BA/BS degree and at least two years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
