Description
The Operations & Installation Manager oversees branch warehouse and installation operations, including installer scheduling and performance, warehouse personnel, inventory, shipping and receiving, job preparation, and workflow. The role coordinates with branch management, sales, installers, and office staff; supervises warehouse associates; trains new associates; operates a forklift; maintains accurate inventory records; and ensures safe, efficient, and accurate completion of installation jobs.
