Description
The Ops Janitor cleans and maintains office and branch buildings, including floors, restrooms, furniture, windows, carpets, laboratory equipment, and other fixtures. The role also involves trash removal, moving heavy supplies, preparing cleaning solutions, reporting building repairs, and applying insecticides and fumigants. Applicants should be able to work with little supervision, perform repetitive physical work, lift up to 50 pounds, stand on concrete for most of the shift, communicate in English, and perform basic numerical and recordkeeping tasks.
