Description
Eaton is hiring an Ops Material Manager to manage materials flow, inventory accuracy, short-term production scheduling, internal logistics, MRO purchasing, and shipment execution within a manufacturing plant. The role supports the SIOP and MPS processes, monitors production schedule execution, escalates material availability, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of combined materials, operations, or supply chain experience in manufacturing, at least three years of people-management experience, and knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, ERP systems, and manufacturing value streams.
