Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Ops Research Analyst / Flight Test Engineer in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support flight testing and data analysis of electronic countermeasures and aircraft survivability equipment. The role involves developing MATLAB and Python tools, analyzing multi-source datasets, creating visualizations, documenting tests, designing test matrices, executing flight tests, and preparing engineering reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant STEM field, at least two years of related experience or a relevant master’s degree with an internship, and working knowledge of MATLAB, Python, or similar analytical tools. Optical, infrared, or radar tracking systems, flight test principles, aircrew experience, AI data-analysis tools, and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance are preferred or required. The position requires U.S. citizenship and travel of up to two weeks per month or more.
