Description
The Ops Sup Analyst 2 provides intermediate-level operations support for Citi’s Wire Operations and Retail Bank Accounts, including record and account maintenance, imaging, account openings, financial adjustments, data validation, content development, process-control monitoring, and liaison work with operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The role requires 4–2 years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
