Description
The Ops Sup Specialist provides entry-level operations support for Citi’s core operations, including validating credit-card settlements, performing journal entries, reconciling and resolving General Ledger outages, investigating operational issues, supporting process improvement, and supervising escalated issues. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and mathematical skills, clear communication, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
