Description
The Semiconductor Equipment Technician supports the setup, conversion, optimization, minor repairs, qualification, and improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as pre-assembly, package singulation, die attach, laser marking, mold, backetch, and plating machines. The role also supports maintenance KPIs, electronic board repairs, and special projects, and requires a technical degree or vocational equivalent, at least one year of relevant equipment experience, machine-operation knowledge, and English business proficiency.
