Harris & Associates is hiring a California State Grants Specialist to research and interpret California school facility funding regulations, identify funding opportunities, prepare and submit grant applications and documentation, support expense reporting, maintain grant records, and collaborate with internal teams, attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies. The role requires at least two years of experience with California state funding programs, knowledge of school facility and public construction regulations, strong research and communication skills, and familiarity with relevant grant systems and Microsoft Excel. The position offers an annual salary of $85,000–$125,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, and other benefits.
