The Optical Advisor provides direct patient care and service at the display counter, promotes optical products and benefits, offers budget options, follows established care and service protocols, and completes the Salud Digna training program. The role requires a completed high school education, one year of experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling, experience working toward objectives or targets, and a service-oriented, team-oriented, empathetic, and proactive approach.
